The Chamber’s President/CEO serves as the chief executive officer, working in partnership with the Chairman of the Board to carry out the organization’s strategic direction. This role provides leadership over all internal operations and oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Chamber’s Program of Work.

About Lin Kiger 

Lin Kiger is a lifelong resident of Bayou Lafourche and a native of Golden Meadow. A graduate of South Lafourche High School, Lin pursued higher education at Nicholls State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the University of New Orleans.

Lin proudly served in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Desert Storm, bringing the values of leadership, discipline, and service into his professional life.

Committed to continuous professional development and community leadership, Lin is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM), a premier program for nonprofit executives. He is also a graduate of Leadership Lafourche and has completed the Community Development Institute (CDI), a nationally recognized community and economic development training program endorsed by the Community Development Council (CDC).

Lin currently serves as the Executive Director of Leadership Lafourche and as President of the Golden Meadow–Fourchon Tarpon Rodeo. He is also a long-time member of the Kiwanis Club of South Lafourche, where he has held multiple officer positions, and serves on the Board of CASA of Lafourche as Secretary, further demonstrating his commitment to service, leadership, and the well-being of the community.

Eulalie Cormier Griffin

The Administrative Assistant works to provide support to the President, Board of Directors, Board Members, and those in the community t0 help better serve Lafourche Parish and its chamber members.

About Eulalie C. Griffin

Eulalie Cormier Griffin is a native of Acadia Parish and a current resident of Bayou Lafourche. A graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish, Eulalie pursued higher education at McNeese State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Humanities and a minor in History. 

Eulalie was raised very involved in community, civic, and school leadership roles helping her to form a work ethic in organizational skills, hard work, and leadership. She has experience in marketing, social media, Meta Business Suites, and religious formation.

Eulalie is a proud mom of one daughter, Callie, and resides with her husband, Jacob, in Lockport. Her favorite thing to do on the Bayou is eat local!
