Chamber-hosted ribbon cuttings celebrate new businesses, relocations, expansions, or milestones and provide increased visibility and credibility through association with the Chamber and community leaders. We offer a networking and photo opportunity for marketing, media, and social use and recognition of your business via press release to our local media as well as via Chamber eNewsletters, website, and social media.

eNewsletter Sponsorships
eNewsletter Sponsorship gives your business prominent, high-visibility brand placement, clickable links, and trusted exposure to our engaged Chamber members—while supporting programs that strengthen our business community. Align your brand with the Chamber’s credibility and commitment to the local business community, while reaching a focused audience already invested in supporting local businesses and economic growth.

Member Sponsorships
High visibility and advertising value is offered to members who sponsor a Chamber event, such as the Ambassador Program, luncheons/breakfast, seminars, Annual Banquet, Golf Tournament, etc. As event sponsors, their name is prominently displayed and promoted. Pre-event publicity and mailings afford them broad advertising exposure at no additional cost above the sponsorship fee.

Chamber Programs

Lafourche Chamber Foundation

The Lafourche Chamber Foundation serves as a companion, non-profit supporting organization for the Lafourche Chamber of Commerce and for the advancement of education, industry and commerce, awarding scholarships to high school students attending either Nicholls State University or Fletcher Technical Community College.

Leadership Lafourche

A nine month training program in which participants receive leadership skills training and direct contact with organizations, institutions and people in decision and policy making positions central to the process of change and growth in the parish. Annual Awards Banquet
The Lafourche Chamber Annual Awards Banquet celebrates excellence in business and community leadership while providing meaningful networking and visibility for our members. We take pride in honoring our own by awarding Businessperson, Business & Industry, Educator, Community Hero, and Ambassador of the Year.

Golden Meadow-Fourchon Tarpon Rodeo

The mission of the Golden Meadow-Fourchon Tarpon Rodeo is to maintain the unique family oriented sportsmen culture and heritage of Lafourche and Grand Isle through a community fishing rodeo, with proceeds dedicated to scholarships and educational opportunities for future generations.

Annual Golf Tournaments
The Lafourche Chamber’s annual golf tournaments, hosted in the spring and fall, offer members a fun, high-visibility opportunity to connect, compete, and build relationships in a relaxed setting.
